Training
We only

of our Job Site Leaders are experienced and knowledgeable
in their craft. They are trained to execute all production
matters with complete respect and understanding of the initial
agreement. Also, they facilitate their team to perform and
complete tasks that reflect that particular customer's needs
and satisfaction.
Employee/Employer
Relationship
Our
installers are company employees, not subcontractors. Many
companies use sub-contractors to do their installations
in order to cut costs and avoid paying payroll liabilities.
At Horvath Contracting, we believe in performing and maintaining
quality. Therefore, we manage our work by using installers
that are company employees. This assures you that the people
working on your job are accountable for the work they do.
Furthermore, many of our employees have been with us for
over 3 years.
