FEATURED DESIGN PROJECT
Our goal has been to develop a landscape design process that is simultaneously creative, efficient and value oriented! We will meet with you in person, on site to discuss the potential project with you in detail. We will ask many questions and develop a sense for what you need and want your property to look like. At this stage, we are attempting to figure out what the completed landscape will be whether it is 2 weeks, 2 years or 10 years down the road.
Our Preliminary Design Meeting will most likely be online, you will be able to see our screen and your partially completed landscape plan. We may have drafted up to 3 options for you depending on the clarity of our onsite meeting. These drafts will be very simple as we are trying to get an idea of what you will like and what makes sense given your budget. We will show you preferred materials and discuss any other options you are interested in. By this point if we feel that the budget you have allocated for the project is insufficient we will have let you know. If that is the case, we will discuss in further detail how we can meet your budget or how to solve this problem. Otherwise, we will continue to work towards completing your landscape design.
In our online Design and Estimate meeting we discuss the changes and improvements made to your landscape design to ensure that you are satisfied that it is the landscape project you want to install. If there are other changes to be made we can often make them on the spot. It is of the highest importance that you consider us your landscape consultants up to this point. We want you to be able to take our design to any contractor and have it installed by them if you choose to. You will be provided with a 2 dimensional plan that is easily read by any experienced landscaper.
Now we will prove to you that our installation processes will create the most durable and value oriented version of the landscape design.
Next we will go through the estimate with you in detail showing you options and answering questions along the way. This way you are informed and know what you are getting for your money.
